Credits for failed generations are refunded automatically

No, unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle. On annual plans you get a monthly credit allowance each month, and unused credits reset at the start of the next month. Credits from one-time packs don't expire

If you need more credits, you can upgrade your plan for a higher monthly limit or buy a credit pack without changing your current subscription. Purchased credits are added instantly and can be used across all models. You can also turn on auto top-up to avoid interruptions

When your credits run out, auto top-up buys a credit pack with your saved card, so you can keep generating. If you set a threshold, it also tops up when your balance drops below that number of credits. Charges are capped each month, and you can turn auto top-up off anytime in Settings. It's available on paid plans

For $1.99, you can get 7 days of full access to Overchat AI. It includes access to all features and models and 2,000 credits. After 7 days, your plan will be automatically upgraded to monthly Pro for $29/month, which includes 15,000 monthly credits. If you cancel during those seven days, you'll be able to continue enjoying Overchat AI until the next billing cycle or until your 2,000 credits run out and will not be charged

An annual plan gives you the same monthly credits for half the price. Twelve months of Pro at $29 add up to $348, while a year of Pro costs $174

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the change applies at the end of your current billing period, and your existing plan stays active until then

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle, so your access and credits continue without interruption

You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Canceling simply stops future renewals: your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you can keep using all features and your credits until that date

We accept major credit and debit cards. Depending on your device and country, Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available. You'll see everything supported at checkout

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you haven't used Overchat AI yet. Unused subscription time isn't refundable. If a technical issue is stopping you from using Overchat AI, contact support with details and we'll review it
