All purchases on Overchat.ai are non-refundable once the service has been used. Use of the service is defined as sending the first message to any chatbot within the platform.
You may request a refund only if:
• You have purchased a subscription or credits but have not initiated any chatbot interaction (i.e., no message has been sent).
• The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@Overchat.ai with your account email, transaction details, and confirmation that the service has not been used.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
• If At least one chatbot message has been sent.
• For partial use of services or unused time on a subscription.
• For accidental purchases or mistaken selections after usage begins.
In the event of a verifiable technical error (e.g., duplicate charges or platform malfunction), we will investigate and may issue a refund at our discretion, even if the service was accessed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations stop future billing but do not qualify for refunds on past charges once the service has been used.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and loss of access to all Overchat.ai services. We encourage users to resolve disputes directly by emailing hello@Overchat.ai.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia and complies with applicable consumer protection regulations under the European Union's Consumer Rights Directive.
