These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The proceedings shall be conducted in English. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to participate in any class or representative action.
