Kinetic sports poster
Act as a senior art director designing a campaign poster for an invented sportswear brand called "STRIDE". PHASE 1: THE ATHLETE An invented athlete in [SPORT], frozen at the peak of the movement: [ACTION]. Photorealistic, full body, sharp detail on muscles, sweat and fabric. PHASE 2: THE ENERGY The motion bursts out of the body: streaks of [COLOR] paint and shards of torn paper fly off the athlete in the direction of the movement, as if the speed tore the poster itself. Motion blur only on the fragments, never on the face. PHASE 3: TYPOGRAPHY The headline "[HEADLINE]" in huge condensed sans-serif letters behind the athlete, partly covered by the body for depth. The brand name "STRIDE" small in the top corner, a short line of small print at the bottom. PHASE 4: COLOR & FINISH A strict palette of [COLOR], black and off-white. Off-white background with subtle paper grain and halftone dots, hard studio light from the side, high contrast, a printed-poster finish. No real logos. Vertical 3:4.
